Golf Professional:
Neal Vaidya: PGA Class "A"

Neal played golf for Johnson and Wales University while earning his Bachelors in Sports Event/Entertainment Management with a Concentration in Golf Management.  Born in Miami, married his high school sweetheart. They enjoy outdoor activities such as biking & kayaking. Neal’s passion is teaching golf. His philosophy is to engrain solid fundamentals for repetitive success.  Tip from the Pro:  Work on your short game and make more putts.  In your practice sessions break down the different types of shots you will encounter around a green: Chip, Pitch, Flop, and Sand Saves.  Practice putting from 3 feet and work your way back. 75% of putting practice is dedicated to putts with in 10 feet.


Assistant Golf Professionals:
Lee Shapes; 1st Assistant Professional

Lee is originally from Stamford, CT.  When he was young he played golf casually while concentrating on playing tennis competitively. He played in multiple state championship tournaments while also competing in local and statewide USTA events. When he decided to make golf a career he attended the Golf Academy of America in Orlando, FL.  While in school he earned a degree in golf and business management while competing in weekly tournaments.  He is also a certified US Kids Golf instructor. Lee's teaching philosophy is to keep it simple and work towards each individuals strengths. 

Ross Brown: Assitant Professional
Ross is orginally from Pennsylvania and played golf for Franklin & Marshall College. Ross won the the Pennsylvania Junior State Championship in the Keystone Games. He is currently enrolled in level 2 with the PGA program. His teaching philosphy concentrates on power off the tee and touch around the greens.

Kristina Howard: Assistant Professional

Kristina has a strong passion for advancing the game through quality instruction and has dedicated a considerable amount of focus on growing the game through junior golf programs.  She understands that every golfer’s swing is unique and that there is no “perfect swing.”  Her teaching philosophy concentrates on strong fundamentals, impact position, and attaining the goals set by a golfer. Golf Instructor:
Ricardo Ronderos



Ricardo is a native of Torrance, California and started playing golf at a very young age. He played many Jr. and amateur events at a high level, growing a passion for the game. He is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University Miami with a degree in Business Mgmt. and a concentration in Golf Mgmt. There he was part of the 2005 NAIA men’s championship team, Ricardo is currently a student of the P.G.A of America. Ricardo’s positive approach to teaching is simple yet effective; he enjoys teaching players of all ages and abilities. He combines his knowledge and passion for the game to make golf interesting, inspiring and fun. Ricardo also incorporates Video Analysis which is a way to see firsthand the students golf swing, specializing in fundamentals in all aspects of the game and swing, driving and short game are his specialties.  If you’re interested in hitting more fairways and lowering your scores feel free to contact Ricardo 786.202.0989.
